Larisa Grecu-Radu serves as an Assistant General Counsel with Oklahoma Human Services where Child Welfare is her practice area. As a child welfare attorney, Mrs. Grecu-Radu routinely assists OHS staff with various child welfare related legal matters and inquiries. In addition, she monitors and reviews legislative updates, OKDHS policy, and prepares legal training materials for the child welfare staff. Dedicated to public service, she has more than 15 years of successful experience in the child welfare arena. Prior to joining OHS, Mrs. Grecu-Radu served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Tulsa County – Juvenile Division where she prosecuted juvenile deprived cases.
Mrs. Grecu-Radu earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa and holds a bachelor’s degree and another law degree from Romania. She resides in the Tulsa Metropolitan area with her husband and their two children.
 
Sarah Neafus serves as the Program Supervisor for Permanency Planning with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) – Child Welfare. She leads a team of five Program Field Representatives who collectively support practices, policies, and outcomes aimed at improving the lives of children in state custody. With nearly 14 years of experience at OKDHS, Mrs. Neafus has held various roles, including Child Protective Services Specialist, Permanency Planning Specialist, Family Team Meeting Facilitator, Permanency Planning Supervisor for Family Treatment Court, and Programs Field Representative with the Continuous Quality Improvement-Quality Assurance team.
Mrs. Neafus earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters, Evelyn and Dorothy, along with two dogs and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, family game nights, exploring new interests, and traveling to experience new places and cultures.
